Have any of you been to a 4DX movie theater?
Aside: Husband has now graduated to a walking boot. He had an ankle replacement on 8/10. He can only put 50% of his weight on his right foot for the next few weeks. He starts PT in a couple of weeks. All is going very well.
Anyway, we decided to go to movie yesterday. The movie was reasonably serious... However, the seats tilted forward and backwards; side to side, shook and bounced like crazy. Additionally, puffs of air blew out of the back of our seats... There was a "water on/off" button on the armrests... Needless to say, when there was a water scene... a light water mist blew from the back of the seat in front of us...😳🤣!! All of this was to match what was happening during the movie.
After the initial shock, it was absolutely hilarious. We barely stopped laughing for the next 2 hours. We are going to wait for the movie to come to a streaming service, so we can actually "see" the movie!! Even thinking about it now, makes me laugh!!5 -

Sounds like fun. I have never heard of that before! What movie did you attend? I’ll have to keep an eye out for it. Love to try something new.

I didn't get too many steps in this week but have been more diligent about tracking and made it to spinning, bodypump (weights), and yoga!

In the past I have listened to 432hz music for deep sleep. I totally forgot about it. I am going to try that again. Thanks for reminding me.

Yay, totally relate to this, I can now buy clothes in "normal" shops! Can't keep me out of there now, even though I keep telling myself to wait until I'm done losing!!3 -

Awesome loss! Next week you will get to the new decade. With tracking and all that exercise you will be successful.Went out and bought my new running shoes as a reward for losing 100 pounds and some new work outs clothes. It's nice not having to worry if there's a big and tall section in a store anymore.
What a nice reward. I still shop at plus size for the most part. Once I hit the point where I can wear a large I will be shopping in non plus size stores.
