Goals/Day/Comments: Jennifer has been awake to eat and bathe. Her legs were twitching when I woke her late morning so we did some extensions and massage for a bit. I’m missing the sleepy rascal but glad she is getting rest.

Another loooong day in the conference room, no steps so no exercise calories. I had banned donuts from the meeting though so at least I was saved there.
Started feeling a cold coming on yesterday so slept in today and skipped my Peloton class. Worst part of that is I'm now behind 5 cups of water already at 6:00 AM.1 -
@JbeanR0212 So good to see you on here! Hope you enjoyed your oatmeal, that sounds good to me. It's been cold and rainy for the past 5 or 6 days here so a nice hot breakfast would hit the spot. Good soup days too. Mmmmm... now I want Panera.
