Time got away from me and I’m sorry I forgot to post my weight. Got home from 2300 mile road trip Wednesday night. On the way home I picked up my 9 year old grandson and he was at my house since Wednesday night, and his cousin came for a couple of days as well. So after he left today, I crashed. Took a nap and ate all the bad stuff my husband buys that I stayed away from on my trip. I know next week will not be a good weighin😞 unless I get back to logging again. I was super surprised that I almost maintained my weight during the week of traveling.

Have been doing pretty well this week, was actually at my deficit a few days, others was at maintenance. I did my strength training twice, got in a few walks and a hike. Doesn’t show it on the scale, but that will change eventually.
