Friday weigh in
211.9 no change this week.
That is a win the way it’s been going. I was slightly lower a couple days ago. But holding steady is better than a gain.
Thank you everyone for your support and kind words about my son. He went to his primary dr who did not the the ekg was off. He is still having the other tests in December but feels much better after speaking with his dr. His anxiety is down.
We had 50% of our class out sick today. It’s crazy!!!
I logged my food today and was within calories. I did have half a cheesesteak for dinner tonight too. I know that’s not healthy, but it’s done.
May check out a gym tomorrow. Maybe.6 -

I've been hit with a cold (hopefully just a cold) and it's making me miserable. My weight's up and it's getting to me. I hope this cold will go away soon and I can get back into a better headspace5 -

Happy Caturday! What a busy week we’ve all had. It’s reassuring that every person in a body has to work at putting one foot in front of the other and one breath before the next.
I’ve often thought that it’s just me who messes things up by miscalculating or whatever. There’s always *something*!
Time to do some vacuuming while the other householders are out of the way. Have a lovely weekend, y’all! Xoxo6 -
Thank you all for your relentless nagging this morning. I did not get my workout done by 10 am, but you wouldn't shut up, so it did get done by noon. As you told me, it felt amazing when I finished, and now I feel happy to have the afternoon to do other things. You were really annoying, but right. Thank you.
You may all use this profile photo now.

Hi @ashleycarole! I did 480 minutes of class this past week, thanks to a photoshoot I helped with at the gym! I'll be somewhere on the gym website!6

Well, I hope your Saturdays are/were good. I'm enjoying walking around in the snow, but hoping for the time when it is much deeper. Buffalo NY! I'm jealous!!
I'll be in Alberta in February! I just found out that I'll get there by road trip This might sound nuts, but it floats all my boats, makes the future sound amazing, and will be a blast. One of my daughter's buddies is from near here - he'll be coming to visit his mom, and then drive back. I'll be the second driver for the trip west, and it will mean we can stop in Thunder Bay to meet one of the people working to help our Afghan interpreters. I'm excited about the trip, and then for being in Alberta to hang out with my daughter, give a breathing class to a bunch of soldiers, and spend some time with my horse. And, of course, the mule Emmett, who is the biggest bestest genius on the farm. I know it is stupid cold in Alberta in February, but it makes me happy. I hope to meet up with @ashleycarole86 and @bowens1973 and @kellie_erin while I'm there. I'll fly home from Calgary to make that happen. As soon as I have dates, we'll do it!
So let's wrap up Week 3. If you have had a rough one, make a plan and check in here often. If you have had a good one, keep it up and check in here often. I'm heading out of a bad Friday weigh-in and working on keeping grains and alcohol out of the mix until next Friday. What's your plan?
Be sure to update the WaistAways Who Are You challenge or post your info here. We aren't perfect, but we are heading in a good direction!

@jugar I jogged 3 times this week at OTF 😊
Not many steps this week...I hope that will change here soon. I ended my gym session early today because what I thought was dry sinuses turned into a full blown migraine 😥 Luckily the pain went away relatively quickly, but I've been in a post migraine fog the rest of the day.
Eating hasn't been the best this week, cupcakes and donuts brought to our office from drug reps this week. And I indulged...luckily only on 1 each, but shouldn't have had any. And we are having work thanksgiving on Monday and then regular thanksgiving of course on Thursday. But, my husband and I are going to walk a 5k on Thanksgiving morning 😊7 -

Nov 16 - 11463 steps

Yesterday was the first day since I started on here almost 2 years ago that I didn't track a bite. My weight is up about 3 pounds from Thursday (which was already up).
Back on the tracking today. Nothing good for me comes with not!6 -
@jugar - apologies, yet again. I think it’s best for me to go on that longer term break list, as I try to get my footing again.
I haven’t been able to keep up with posts. Thanks to those who have extended words of support my way - it’s much appreciated.
I recognize everyone has their own challenges/obstacles, and it’s been inspiring to see those of you who power through while being so candid about your struggles on here. I hope to be less derailed in future days/weeks.
In the meantime, congrats to those who stay committed to a healthier path despite life’s inevitable ups and downs. It’s motivating to see your wins on the good days and your perseverance on the tougher days. I hope to be back at it on here and on my journey back to a healthier me sooner than later.

Don't worry Jane - you are now officially on the "Support Team" where you remain a member of WA, you can post absolutely any time, keep up when you can, but you do not need to worry about weighing in or anything else. You have some things to get through, and we'll be here whenever you need us.4 -
