    ⚖️WEIGH IN⚖️

    Weigh day Monday
    Previous weight - 184.6
    Current weight - 184.4

Super surprised this wasn’t another gain, I even forgot and had a 3 egg omelette before weighing in.

I have not hit any of my goals since the 20th when I slipped up and forgot to close out my exercise ring. I had actually stopped all food related goal hitting a few days prior. Life has been so crazy busy but I’m staying so calm, filling any slow moments reconnecting with my family! I needed this time so much!

Hiking has become a priority again but I haven’t done a workout in weeks.

My kids are both working but my sons new to him car already broke down so we’re all shuffling vehicle and bumming rides around here….not a fun time!

I take a 2 hour test tomorrow to determine if I’m a good candidate for a job. I’m getting really excited about this but won’t be too disappointed if I don’t get it. It won’t be a fun job but it pays really well and the hours I will be working leave plenty of opportune times to hike some more!

When my tooth was pulled they left a bone fragment and it has started to cause me pain so I also get it removed tomorrow.

Husband won’t work with me to sign a waiver saying he won’t contest to a divorce, I will attempt to file it again tomorrow without the waiver but if I can’t get it done I will just leave the divorce up to him.

I almost have half of my belongings packed up, I plan on going back Wednesday and staying until everything is packed and then on Saturday we are renting a uhaul and taking extra hands to load it all up and move for good.

In the meantime I’ll be painting my moms living room, cleaning out storage room in her shop, trying to fix my sons car, and get back to goal hitting this week!!! I miss staying caught up with y’all! I am still here just super busy!!! Hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving!!! Sending love 💕

@cornanda Good morning, and yes, I did my exercise and yes the chocolate is all gone 😊. I also talked myself out of dessert and cleaned my teeth and went to bed with a book instead. I could hear DH up and rummaging for something for himself so stayed right away. It wasn’t a perfect day - work temptations got to me, but it was definitely a better day. Thanks for asking 😊👍. How bout you? Did you get that exercise done? I’ve done my usual morning session today and will do a set of strength after work.

    @laurelfit57 Way to go!

@DrewsAnna Have fun decorating! I'd love to see them if you get the chance and are willing to share!

@Tamevv OK my friend, rein it in, it's time to get back to it! Get those side crunches done and check in with me! I did mine today, I thought of you but I'm not sharing my results not that I can see them after this last week! I had a run-in with Trader Joe's white chocolate peppermint pretzels and they're now banned in my house, time to lay off popcorn too for me. You got this, keep logging too even if you aren't eating perfect, it's easier to get back to it if you have one foot in. Woohoo, glad you did them yesterday and this morning!

@Cornanda OT doesn't sound fun, good luck with it, you must be beat! Did you get up and do your exercise?

@trooworld So glad you had fun at the zoo, I bet a lot of people went on Friday so it was a good day to go. LOVE your village!

    @soaness @hlnnan Welcome to Slimpossibles!

@shaunarlr83 Way to go on the weigh-in! Good luck tomorrow on the test, I'm sure you'll do great. You definitely sound super busy, I'm so glad you're having a good time with your family and hope the final move goes well. Very impressed by how strong you're being, you got this!

Hi team! I woke up super early but that meant I was able to get my workout in before my OB/GYN appointment. They double-booked the doctors and I was in the waiting room for quite awhile not feeling too hot and my BP went pretty high. The nurse wanted me to sit there and come back and redo it and I told her it would be worse because sitting without my legs elevated is painful and I'd been in the waiting room for an hour already, she had me lay down instead and it went back to slightly high instead of go-to-the-hospital high. Have a couple options of what to do next as far as female stuff but am weighing my options. I have an appointnent about procedures Wednesday so I want to get by that first. Back on track with food and exercise today and it feels good, yay! I won't lie, I'd love to munch on something tonight like I did the last almost week but my weight's up 4lbs so it's all about control! Have a great Tuesday everyone!

@trooworld - your zoo day sounds great and your village is amazing!

@shaunarlr1983 - Lots going on for you and you are holding steady on the weight. Good work all around!

@Tamevv - Nice work! Let me know how the rest of today goes----> see below

@Katmary71 - Oh my gosh, I could not let those pretzels into my house at all. Yum! That sucks about waiting so long- I hope they come up with something that will help you.

@hinnan- Welcome! Good luck with getting your fitness going.

I did get off the couch and did my exercise yesterday. It felt good. I'm about to repeat that today. I did NOT eat well yesterday- I felt abnormally sleepy all day- very odd- like I was coming down with something- I spent the day munching to stay awake. I feel better today. Please ask me how my eating was on Tuesday.

Good Morning! Just started a turkey to tree challenge. Nothing crazy but a good little kickstart to get back into exercising regularly. Tracking has gotten better and have tracked food for the last 20 days consecutively on WW. Planning on being more disciplined during December and next year. Hope all is well with everyone!

Hey yall, I’m Hanna 28 y/o and it’s been wonderful to join the team!

I've recently consulted back with my nutritionist after 10 years :# since I’m in my highest weight ever for the majority of the year. I'm currently working on tracking and keeping my food diary updated. I get highly motivated when I’m in a group so I hope to share the good energy with you all~ <3

@Katmary71. Thanks for the pep talk - I do need a good kick in the bum right now 👍 I don’t know where my head is. It’s odd that the people in there are actually pretty quiet these days. Usually there are wars going on over what I should and shouldn’t do, but lately it’s been quiet. Funny, I hadn’t really noticed it till now. Hmm, self analysis day, here I come 😏. Anyway, so I have been slack in both tracking and water but those will be my focus today. Already done the minimum exercise including my side crunches. Glad to hear you are doing yours 👍. I’ve never had pretzels like that - probably a good thing 😂.

@cornanda. Didn’t do my strength yesterday 😔. Have already done it today though - added it to the end of my morning workout which is a great strategy just means small adjustment to time management in the mornings. How did you go with exercise yesterday? And how was your food intake on Tuesday? Did you track everything? Seems we are in similar places right now - My focus is today is going to be water and tracking - both have been lax. Let’s both be on point today 💪😊

    Weigh In Day: Tuesday
    PW: 141.2
    CW: 142.8

Up a tiny bit, not going to beat myself up over it. I feel smaller and the skirts I bought 2 weeks ago, I can pull them off without unzipping them. My wedding ring feels too big, and I just got to wear it after many years of it being too small. I might have to return some skirts. I increased my calories by 50 a day. It's the holiday season but I'm not feeling very festive. I will put out our advent calendars today.

I went to the audiologist to get my hearing aids adjusted this morning; I can stand the sound of running water now. It sounds more normal to me. I had no idea hearing aids were so complicated. I have to relearn how to hear normal sounds that I have not heard for years. My world was actually pretty quiet. I confess I miss the quiet, the world is so noisy. I still can't hear the sounds our microwave makes. I had to ask my husband it if makes sounds. He said he hears it every time I use it.

I got new tires on my Jeep Saturday and I have it scheduled to get an alignment tomorrow morning. The hood release cable got fixed last week.

Our homeowner's insurance decided they no longer want to do business in our area so I'm looking to find another company. I hate insurance and taxes.

It's time to make lunch. I hope everybody has a good week.

Welcome, new peeps. Happy Tuesday! I am trying to buck my trend of going way over on calories since Thanksgiving… I’m doing well so far, and I worked out at the gym twice today. Just gotta avoid sugar and get plenty of protein and today will be a good day.

@hlnnan Hi there, way to go on getting your diet on track! What kind of exercise do you like to do?

@Cornanda Way to go on doing your exercise, hope you were able to do it today too. How was your eating today?

@gemwolf110 I like the idea of a turkey to tree challenge, what will you be doing for it? Glad you're tracking, that's wonderful!

@soaness Hi Hanna! You sound like you're starting off well with tracking and logging, I look forward to chatting with you.

@trooworld Yay for more veggies and water, you're doing great!

@Tamevv Hope your self analysis day goes well, I started out typing how I wondered it if it was a good or bad thing but you'll figure it out I'm sure. Yes the pretzels are dangerous especially because at Trader Joe's it's only 5-6 servings but Costco sells a huge bag so I'm scared to walk by it if I go there!

@FushiaKat Have a great week Kat! My hairdresser lost his hearing suddenly and has a hearing aid in one ear, it is more complicated in how we hear than one would think.

@happysquidmuffin Woohoo, gym twice today and stay away from that sugar and it's the beginning of a new streak, you got this! That was me yesterday (minus the gym), I still want to munch but now I have a streak to continue and you will too!

Hi team, hope you all had a great day! I'm having a bad pain day and trying to not stress eat, I'm going to head back to my room for the night to read in a few. Got some Christmas shopping done earlier and picked up a bunch of stocking items which were mostly candy at TJ Maxx, when I was checking out she said I must have the munchies pretty bad which is pretty funny since I had so much junk but alas all I got for me was wrapping paper and a face scrub. I'm definitely aware of it all being in the house though so this will take some willpower. Have a great Wednesday, this week is flying already!

    Hi @Katmary71, thanks 😊

I like and would benefit from strength training but I also like walking and cycling.

Due to a shoulder injury and problems with my hips and one knee I am currently having to stick to pilates and painkillers!

I have very little muscle (always been that way) and I know that more of it would help me the most.

My plan has recovery exercises every day but most of the time I feel self conscious and so I don't do it!

@Tamevv - I did eat well and complete my exercise for tuesday. I quit tracking a long time ago. I was doing pretty well and still managing to lose without it. Right now I'm thinking I may have to return to doing it. That should be good motivation for me to clean up my act.

@19shmoo69 - I love starting the day with coffee and a funny joke. :)

@trooworld - I decided to have salad for breakfast yesterday and was thinking about you and how you don't like breakfast foods.

Yesterday was good- salad for breakfast, salad for lunch, stir fry for dinner! Now rinse and repeat for today!

@hlnnan Oh no, sorry to hear about the shoulder injury and hip and knee issues! I have to modify everything I do so I get it, it's frustrating! Are you feeling frustrated at home by yourself doing exercises? I used to, after doing it for awhile it wore off but I was real uncomfortable at first. If you're in public doing them most people are focused on themselves and probably aren't really paying attention but I know when you're self conscious it feels like a spotlight is on you.

@Cornanda Very healthy day yesterday, way to go!

@trooworld Good luck getting through today, I hope the medicine kicks in and you aren't feeling nauseous, take care.

@jamaicanlady Welcome to Slimpossibles, can't wait to get to know you!

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great day! I got up and wasn't feeling well so did arm cardio instead of regular chair cardio then cut back stretching and strength training. I had my pain clinic appointment and agreed to have a spinal cord stimulator trial which I've been saying no to for over 25 years. He's hopeful it will help movement in my feet as well as pain which has been rough lately. Unfortunately he's leaving the clinic I'm at after today so he won't be doing it and I liked him so I'm bummed about that. I've been worried about getting one and if it didn't work out there's a lot of people whose insurance won't remove them from their bodies and I've had issues with anything foreign in me so it was a big concern and he said he'd fight to get it done if I needed it. There isn't even a new doctor yet and I need MRIs and a psych eval even before the test so it's not until probably Spring. Food was great, really wanted to eat all the candy stocking stuffers or stop for ice cream but I'm here drinking tea with stevia instead. Have a great night.

They have 3 different activities every day. Like push ups, plank, crunches, circuit workouts. It’s small but crazy how out of shape I have become. Used to be able to do an 8 minute plank back when I was in the best shape of my life. Now 30 seconds seems a lot.

Two days in a row right at calorie goal, and weighing a pound less (136.5). Today will be day 3 of sticking to the plan! I went to the gym this morning, and hopefully I will wake up early enough tomorrow to go again in the morning before the rest of my family needs me, haha.

Surprised at the loss but I’ll take it.

Yesterday I didn’t get to the strength work - and by “get to” I mean completely forgot 😔. Obviously that has not worked into my habitual routine yet- must figure out how to get it in. How did you all go with exercise yesterday? I’m looking at you @Cornanda and @Katmary71 ?

@katmary71 I’m the opposite - i much prefer working out at home - waaaaay to self conscious to go public. I go super red in the face and huff and puff and sweat a lot. Plus the logistics - at home I can slip in a full workout without having to add travel time. Also, just read your other comment and great work on exercise and food!! So how about today? Repeat success?

Since I still cannot post pictures here I'll have to describe it.
I made a large batch of cloud bread. Spread it on a cookie sheet.after baking it I spread some Alfredo sauce and added some cheese and toasted it. Removing it from the oven I rolled it long wise (like a swiss roll or sushi roll).
It's a large Alfredo pizza roll.

@trooworld - I hope those headaches go away FAST! I like the HALT thing you posted.

@Tamevv - I too skipped my strength work out yesterday. I did walk an extra 15 min. My excuse was that I didn't sleep great, but I know I could have managed it. Let's make a pact to get our planned strength workouts in next week. My days are Tuesday and Thursday. I do step on Mon/Wed.

@happysquidmuffin - Yay for day 3! Is your streak still going?

    @19shmoo69 - sounds yummy!

@DrewsAnna - Sending you hugs. Maybe try to take some time and process this? I'm an emotional thinker and eater. Sometimes long walks with lots of thinking or journaling help me sort out what the real issue is and then I can deal with it.

It's FRIDAY! Hubby and I took today off. We are going to a nature area for a nice walk, and then lunch and some errands. When we get home, I'l try to tackle some stuff on my To Do list that aren't done. Should be a nice relaxing start to the weekend.

    Yay! I’m finally caught up!

@trooworld - yes the begging me to change my mind has come in many many waves. I’m not waivering, I was able to file but he messed up the consent form by writing nonsense on it while drunk, I may be able to get another one but it could just turn into a complete waste of my time and money….we shall see.

@19shmoo69 - I always wanted to try the cloud bread but never did…might have to give it a go!! Any recommendations??

@DrewsAnna - I’m so sorry friend and can totally relate, I anticipate the same when my father passes. Funny thing is I now live less than 3 miles from him but we haven’t talked 5-10 time in the past 20 years and even fewer than that the previous 15! Hugs my friend. Take as much time as you need to process these emotions.

I am so sorry to all who have been sick or hurting. My family has been racked with the flu and viral colds, mom has been coughing everyday. I rarely get sick thank God.

Packing and moving today and tomorrow, I am back on track with logging and goal hitting although I didn’t get my steps in yesterday but was very active, just confined to a small space, but we got my moms living room all set up and I ended up rearranging the furniture in her spare room to make it a bit more spacious.

Going to try to find my weighin notebook and do an over all update before the night is done!!! Let have a great December friends!!!

How can it be December already?? I FINALLY got to the gym yesterday, it was wonderful! I haven’t been able to do any physical exertion at all with out going into coughing spasms for almost all of November. I really took it easy and actually made it through my spin class. I have definitely had the goal of just maintaining all week, I have tracked pretty consistently so I am happy with that. Grand kiddos are coming for the weekend again so maintaining is my goal for the week:).
It’s is bitterly cold here again this week so Vannie and I have been going for walks in Home Depot, Lowe’s and Chapters:).
I wanted to get a post in while I am sitting here waiting for my tires to get checked and rotated as I think it will be another busy weekend with the kiddos! Hope everyone has a great weekend (I am now going to read back and see is I can catch up on everyone’s news
