    I'm back after a week of California travel! It was a short week, but still too long to be away from my fur babies! We visited Vasquez Rocks, palm desert, some delicious restaurants(tried hibachi for the first time!), and celebrated my little brother's wedding(I may have celebrated a little too much!😬) I am happy to be home, but am not looking forward to getting back to a few days of work... I do fly out to Atlanta for work on Sunday! I will try my best this week before I head out again Sunday. I will post this week's weight shortly(I know there's damage control to be done).

    Not as much as I had hoped for, but looking over my food journal I do see I went over a few times and also did not meet my exercise goal every day. So I’m grateful for the loss and will focus more this week. Only six more weeks until Italy. 🥴😑🤦🏻‍♀️
