I'm back after a week of California travel! It was a short week, but still too long to be away from my fur babies! We visited Vasquez Rocks, palm desert, some delicious restaurants(tried hibachi for the first time!), and celebrated my little brother's wedding(I may have celebrated a little too much!😬) I am happy to be home, but am not looking forward to getting back to a few days of work... I do fly out to Atlanta for work on Sunday! I will try my best this week before I head out again Sunday. I will post this week's weight shortly(I know there's damage control to be done).

I've been close in calories everyday, but not having time to walk at lunch, coupled with stress eating has put me over each day. Trying to at least stay within maintenance calories but we will see tomorrow...3 -
