NSV -- went for a run this morning! My first run since I was 5 months pregnant (my girl is now 13 months.. it took me a long time to start again). I had to walk parts of the hills and my pace is about a minute slower per km than it used to be, but I'm so happy I did it and I have data to improve on!2 -

My doctor put me on Paxlovid because of my plethora of high risk factors. There are some interesting outcomes from being on it, but if it’s going to kick Covid to the curb for me, then they’re a small price to pay! I can do anything for five days! 🙏🏼💪🏼1 -
