Like an idiot I forgot Sunday was the first day and left my smartwatch on charge for most of the day so already messed up my 10k daily step target... but made up for it since then!

After 2 weeks of the scales not budging even a fraction of a pound, they are finally showing a loss so I'm crossing everything it holds for my proper weigh in day. Really pleased with myself for holding my nerve this whole time as stalling is a massive trigger for me binging.5 -

Wow 48 hours. That's impressive. I manage 21 hours most days then just one low carb meal around 500 cals. I'm thinking of trying some longer fasts when I'm back home .... currently in the rv in North Africa and walking to much to do long fasts! Going to read the book you recommended first!2 -
