    How do you respond when you're answering a person? What do I do when I want to answer a person or thank them.

    Not sure if it's the best way to do it, but I click on the "quote option under the message you want to respond to/comment on. This gives you a dialogue box with the original text imbedded. You just type in your comments and post reply.

    pm tonight ...was much easier than I thought... originally it was going to be 36 hour, but I felt so good.

    Wow 48 hours. That's impressive. I manage 21 hours most days then just one low carb meal around 500 cals. I'm thinking of trying some longer fasts when I'm back home .... currently in the rv in North Africa and walking to much to do long fasts! Going to read the book you recommended first!
