I hit a plateu after losing 10 lbs about 3 weeks ago. For the last two weeks I have been eating at maintenance and exercising a bit less - taking a "diet break" to try to see if that will help get me back to the point where I can start losing again. This is the first time I've ever tried this and I've been very happy to see that I've been able to eat a little more, exercise a little less, and I haven't gained at all. Tomorrow I start back eating at a calorie deficit & here's hoping I can start seeing the scale drop again.3 -
