    Exercised and probably did okay calorie-wise, but the rebellious child in my just did not want to track. It happens some times.

    It was such a beautiful morning I had to be outdoors so went for an early walk then worked on prepping my veggie garden until my back started to protest. Had my highest calorie burn since last summer.

    Oh how I get this! 😬 Pre-tracking (even just breakfast for a few days in advance) sometimes helps me with this. Sending encouragement for today. 😊 @rstanford3

    So glad you are feeling better now! Spring allergies are the worst — and mine kicked in yesterday. 🤧😵‍💫🥱🥹 Tree leaf pollen — and the winds are really high right now which is blowing it all around. Wishing you an allergy free week ahead @tahm42
