Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I occasionally search to see what there is to celebrate. Today is National Superhero Day.

“National Superhero Day is here to remind people all over the world that superheroes can come in any shape, size or color, and being one is more about valor of the heart than having actual super-powers.
National Superhero Day is the perfect time to let the heroes of this life be identified and celebrated!”
Who is your superhero? My superhero is my husband. He continues to work at the age of 71.

    1️⃣ pass day left

My DH is my superhero. He looks after me when I need it, but also gives me my space when I need it.

Thanks for the opener Jill! @jmu1965

I have a couple of superheroes in my life these days and I am grateful for each. 🥰

    ✅✅✅
Improved on the protein today. I can do this.

Got lots of outdoor walking time today, including a few minutes in a dust storm with complete brownout conditions. Luckily I was wearing my mask as I’ve had really bad allergies for the past few days. Everyone around me was gasping while trying to breath with all the dirt and dust. I think I got a bonus microdermabrasion facial 🤪

4 pass days used; Champion for April.

    Exercise – yes - minimal
    Tracked – yes
    Calories – hmm?

We went out to the cinema early evening and a meal afterwards. The menu had calorie amounts but of course no macro breakdown. I chose a fish dish which was delicious but the plate included little vegetables. After I got home, I had a couple of little snacks to boost my calcium and fibre intake. I had allowed myself a generous calorie budget for the day.

Overall I think I will call it a pass – I finished the day with less than 7,000 steps in spite of getting 20 minutes (just!) exercise.

I still have one pass day left – hoping to be a Winner again.

Hello 150's, my friend!! It's been about 15 years since we last met.
Had my weigh-in yesterday and finally got below 160 and hit my most recent goal to lose 70 lbs. On to the next goal.....

Got into the pistachios last evening so ended up going a bit over my calorie target for the day. Phooey.

WINNER CIRCLE (3 pass days used but it's motivating me for the last few days to keep going)

the day started pretty ugly with sciatica still rearing it's head, and I could not get comfortable without sitting on an ice pack. But I managed to get a massage appt in and after I took a naproxen and for the first time in a week about an hr later I was pain free for 12 hrs~

So today my Masseuse (new to me) is my hero! (hi @Mrs_Hoffer I wish you were closer) 😄😊

My Superhero is my husband. He helps with my mom here, and is a best friend to our daughter and grandson. He is the heart of our family.
