I will let you know if that ever happens! But I am happy to do those things, so it will be fine I am sure. Just want to say again that I am very impressed by your stepping. I see you changed your goal for June to 10k. That is really awesome!3 -

I’m happy to be back down this week after a small gain last week. My program ends in a couple weeks and I need to decide what I want to do going forward.

Have a good day everyone!
I hope you were satisfied with the progress you made painting. It sounds as though you’ve accomplished a lot with the renovations after your unexpected move. Congratulations on your ability to respond positively to the changes! It’s not always easy to adjust during times of transition.
Keeping to yard care in check will likely help prevent the spread of fire, and keep it a safer distance from the house. Stay safe!

A vital part of finding freedom with food is being able to find a group of people who are dedicated to the same goals you are.
Just wanted to say a quick thank you for being that group!
@TexanMom8152 - Thank you for taking the time to post the comment above. It made me smile! Many group members liked it, too. 👍🏼 A sense of community and belonging — so important!
I add my gratitude to the ShapeShifters! 🙏🏼

Hi All!
May was my 1st month with this group. I am glad that I joined. All of you are amazing!
Also, the people that run the groups - I am amazed by your organization skills.
I am behind on my posting my steps....
Cyncia1028
Sun 5/28 = 8,239
Mon 5/29 = 18,222
4,722 steps + bike ride for 1.5 hours
To convert my bike ride to steps, I will use 1 min Moderate/Brisk intensity (comfortable) = 150 steps.
90*150 = 13,500
Tues 5/30 = 9,239
Wed 5/31 = 4,595
Thurs 6/1 = 3,592
Fri 6/2 = 5,689
I wasn't feeling good for part of this week. While I wanted to push myself to meet my step goals, my body needed rest.5 -
Hello Shape Shifters!
I’ve had a lot of outside responsibilities and haven’t been able to fulfill the ‘motivator’ role very well. Fortunately, everyone is very encouraging and supportive of one another. So, the motivation is spread out among all our team members, which is more fun, interesting, and sustainable in the long run. It’s great to have an active core group posting frequent updates, and I hope we can keep expanding the core. Keep up the good work!
Special thanks to @jessicakrall8 for the long time team leadership, with merged teams and regular weekly challenges for the full F2F group membership, and @Pupowl for posting daily inspiration and insights, beautiful photos, and keeping track of all the steps and weigh-ins along with Jessica.
There are so many people working ‘behind the scenes’ to calculate and post results (thanks @minstrelofsarcasm!), set up all the spaces for people to interact and support one another (thanks @jugar!), and keep all the moving parts running smoothly. I appreciate all your work!!5 -

Well, I guess 2 vacations back to back caught up with me😂5 -
I hurt like I've been in a rock tumbler over night. Coffee+ibuprophen+tiger balm! *ROAR!* Hahaha. Another day of living room remodeling. The room has carpet that is 30 years old and the original aluminum Venetian blinds (now yellow - originally probably white or beige..) It has that stick-on-vinyl faux wood trim everywhere and I'm coating it with primer and painting it white. It's finally getting an update from the late 80's. From ceiling to floor it's getting redone. Have a good weekend everyone!

@PatriceFitnessPal I wish I could properly convey what you mean to all of us, Patrice, but I'm afraid I couldn't find enough ways to say "You're amazing!" I'm so glad we found you. Don't ever doubt your effect on this team! I think you're right in that we have an amazing group that all work together for the good of the team. TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK, right?!!
BIG VIRTUAL HUG, my friend!!!

The link for the June chatroom wraps around to a 2nd line, so if you're cutting/pasting it, make sure you get the whole thing...here's the link again and I just tested it to make sure it works, then I noticed some of the quotes asking about it, only had the first line...

I'd like to keep going with the step challenge in June - same 10,000 step goal.
But I may not hit my goal every day, if I start riding my bike like I'm hoping to.4 -

Yes @jessicakrall8 I'm in Greece again,it really feels like my second home.I would like to join the June step challenge please. As I'm here till the end of June I doubt I will do my usual walking so will try for 10,000 steps daily. That is if I can drag myself off my sunbed & walk up & down the beach.😎
