Looking for a recipe builder to calculate calories and nutrients per serving. If MFP has it, please give me directions to find it. I fear I won't get back to your answer! Ha! Just started the app. Thanks!

You can use the recipe builder without premium.
https://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe_parser
From your home page choose FOOD and then the RECIPE button under it. You can import recipes from other websites or build your own.1 -
