That was better than I anticipated!! The main thing that I did was portion control. Unfortunately, I still had KFC and cupcakes this week, but I was not walking and grazing all day long. Also, I have been upping my water intake. The goal is 100 ounces per day. Right now, I am at about 64 oz daily.5 -

Late post …just got back from a roadtrip. Great progress all! I knew that this week I’d maintain as opposed to lose. But, I am back home and doing the do!4 -

I haven't gotten a new fitbit yet. For some reason on Sunday it did not track my steps until 4pm. I walked on the treadmill for over an hour that morning. On Saturday we went to the aquarium and walked for hours. I will have to get a new one soon. I didn't even wear it today. I gave myself a break.2

Stuck in this plateau waffling between 193 and 194 since the end of June. Sticking with it, counting my calories and drinking my 100+ oz of water. Just like my last plateau, if I stick with it, the scale will start to move again. My last plateau in May took about 3 weeks, so here is hoping I have a good loss next week. Good luck to everyone!5 -
