It's a little nostalgic getting to write the Step Results post again while Melanie is out and about. What a powerful team we have! Over half a million steps while being a stepper down... it's really incredible!

I can't wait to see what all of you accomplish in next week's results - I also can't wait until I have a more reliable fitness watch so I can join you.

Potty training is going well. He's not in underwear full time yet, but not having any accidents while clothes free. I think that it's mainly taking longer because he's my fifth child and don't have time to in the bathroom all day. Hubby is out of town this week for work.5 -
Hello from Montana! First day of conference is done and two party. A day and a half and two parties to go. Think I'm kidding? Think again. These people party. There is a really nice walking trail/track next to the college, did a nice walk yesterday. Today, I hike on Mt Helena before brekkie. It will be fun. I'll post pics later. I have no scale here and won't be back in KS until late Sat, so I won't be posting a weighin...I will be posting steps, which will be awesome because I don't have a car and walk everywhere (party in town at a restaurant, walk. Get lost? Walk some more. Walk for breakfast, walk for sessions, walk for ice blocking--I don't block, but I will go watch the blockers. And the airports...). Anyway, keep on keeping on!6

Back from my trip, had a fab time and happy to see the extra walking has sort of balanced out the extra eating - only had ice-cream twice and being at the seaside for a lot of the time, that was a tough one lol! The back-to-work slog has been a bit of a downer the past few days and def haven't been as good as I should have been. Need to get a healthier grocery shop in and focus on my meal-planning again.

While I am not going down weightwise very fast, I’m not that worried. My health app told me that my ‘weight trend’ was lower overall, and I am really encouraged by that. Also very happy with my steps this week. Making exercise a priority is important for this journey.

Woot, great losses and steps going on here!
The scale is being almost too nice to me this morning (not something I get to say very often!) so am going to weigh again tomorrow and see if it was a fluke lol.
