It's okay. I had been a 244 for a couple of months, not being 244 feels good. I've started to do some right things, and now it is persistence and patience. It'll happen.

Totally stalled at this weight all week. Was hoping to break the plateau by today, but it is what it is.

    Overall: -22 lbs

I've been having a rough time with weight loss lately. Part of it is that I'm so busy with work that it often feels like I can't afford to take the time to cook or exercise. Part of it is just the mind-game of weight loss where I'm failing to be consistent and it just makes me want to throw up my hands and say that none of it matters. However, I can feel that I'm less healthy right now than I want to be. I'm not eating enough protein, not moving enough, emotional sleeping when I should be adjusting my mindset, and not enjoying life the way that I want to. It's a lot easier to fall back into bad habits that worked before than to try something new while also attempting to push myself out of my comfort zone in other ways.

Because of all that, I think I need to step out of the mindsets and habits that I'm in right now and see if I can look for more sustainable solutions to my problems. So, as of right now, my action plan for next week is to:

-do intentional exercise for a minimum of 20m, 3x this week
-eat 100g of protein each day
-cook 80% of my meals at home (about 17 meals)
-journal and reflect every day for at least 10 min

I am also late posting - sorry. Tbh forgot all about it as I basically stayed the same ( +4oz) won't worry about that after the shift from hell where I walked nearly 10 miles and did over 4 hrs cardio. Completed my diary and still have over 700 cals left. Absolutely pooped, back in the morning to do it again.
