Hi All!
Skipped my cardio this week again, trying to compensate for this by lowering calorie intake.
SW: 226; GW: 159; LW: 198; TW: 195.8; OL: 30.20 -
GW: 144.7 lbs
Weigh In Info - Oct 16, 2023
2W: 241.7 lbs
TW: 240.1 lbs
Variance: - 1.6 lbs
I missed last week...I'm healthy and feel like I still have a good plan, bring on the tangible scale results!1 -
