So I've only been posting my weight just to keep the habit going as I was pregnant through ivf. But I ended up miscarrying in August. We are still trying through ivf but no luck yet. I'm trying to focus on losing weight in the meantime. I'm not ready to be part of the team stats yet; I have another ivf transfer coming up in a few weeks. But just wanted to do an update6 -

Who has plans this week to walk off some of the holiday cheer? I had planned to go to the gym and treadmill today through the week except for Thanksgiving 1 and Thanksgiving 2 (Saturday) but I didn't today, we did do a lot of running around. Promise I will do better this week!2 -

I’m fine with the 1/2 pound gain.
Had daughter and SIL here from Oregon for a long weekend and a couple of sons and a DIL and several grandchildren here for our Thanksgiving dinner last night. Did Thanksgiving meal early to celebrate their visit.
I didn’t stuff myself at all, but chose to just enjoy the meal and had a slice of pie and small scoop of ice cream.
Everyone is leaving today to head off and visit some of their friends in the area, so it’ll be east to get back on track today.
No Thanksgiving feast Thursday as a result!
Hoping for a weight drop this coming week.2 -

My plan is to do small portions of things I like and not eating anything I don't. And trying to be mindful of dessert (know where it is hiding and try to be somewhere else....).
And plan to get exercise if possible. The sun is out! Yay!3
