Nice! What is your goal weight? You must be getting close.

    Linda,

My goal weight is 140- I'm short so the top of the ideal range for me is 141 pounds. I want to give myself a 5 pound buffer, so shooting for 135 - 26 more pounds. My tracker says I should get there by August (I shoot for .5% a week). Slowly but surely, I will get there.

We must be approximately the same height. I am using a 6 pound buffer around my goal weight. If I stop at 150, I will have my maintenance zone to be 147 to 153.

To make a long story short, I am unable to go to the pool. It is good that I can’t good in away as the water is cold again. Not as bad as it was earlier this month but uncomfortable. I am doing mini walks today. I am setting timers to make sure I reach my step goal and close my rings.

NSV: I went to buy some pants yesterday. I actually bought a pair that are not yoga pants. I also have dropped a size in pants.

    Have a great Saturday!

That’s such a great NSV! I can’t wait until I enjoy shopping again!

    Question:

What are your weekend exercise plans?

My exercise plan was to just exercise this weekend. I did 27 minutes of mini walks. I was thinking of the pool but I have been doing mini walks (3 so far).

    Question:

What are your weekend exercise plans?

I got my regular "Saturday" workout in of legs and arms then 10 minutes on the bike and 25 minute on the treadmill. Started with 10 minute of stretching and core exercises.

Sunday I save for my day of rest (after 6 days of exercise)....however I may do a short youtube routine just to get some steps in.

I really need to get some better strength training going. I do some in the pool with my water weights but I don’t think it’s the same. I like your thoughts on thin vs healthy. My doctor always tells me bmi is an outdated measurement when it comes to weight. I would love to get off my cholesterol medication. Thanks for this thought as I just put a note to ask my doctor about reducing my medication.

I don’t know if I will ever enjoy shopping. I like to order things online and then return it if it don’t fit. Usually, I only go to the store if a friend or my granddaughters ask me to go. But I do enjoy being able to buy clothes that fit. Also, I don’t get stressed about clothes shopping anymore. I have been wearing baggy tops and yoga pants for so long. If I ever wore a dress they were huge. I am excited to buy a few dresses that fit this summer.

I am not upset about reaching my goals last week. It was a busy week and I was away for 2 day. I did lose weight. The coming week I have three appointments but they are all in the afternoon so there is no excuse to not reach my goals. Kick me in the butt if I don’t.

    Enjoy your Sunday!

Good morning team. Hope all is fine with you @lindamtuck2018! Here are my numbers for the week:

    User: rwillems
    Weigh-in day: Sunday
    PW: 275.8 lbs
CW: 276.6 lbs (up 0.8 lbs)

Still doing good with respect to my plans to achieve my 2024 goals (which are not solely weight based 🙂). A little set back on weight this week but not totally unexpected and I am confident I will get that back. Fitness, Financial, and Lifestyle goals are on target and/or being “stretched” to match my improvements.

Talk to you all this week. Hope everyone is staying warm and healthy.🙏👍

Same. I am also not exercising on Saturday as well. My Monday starts off with a walk to the gym, and I usually average 10,000 steps a day, even without Saturday and Sunday. Close anyway.
