Good morning team. Hope all is fine with you @lindamtuck2018! Here are my numbers for the week:
User: rwillems
Weigh-in day: Sunday
PW: 275.8 lbs
CW: 276.6 lbs (up 0.8 lbs)
Still doing good with respect to my plans to achieve my 2024 goals (which are not solely weight based 🙂). A little set back on weight this week but not totally unexpected and I am confident I will get that back. Fitness, Financial, and Lifestyle goals are on target and/or being “stretched” to match my improvements.
Talk to you all this week. Hope everyone is staying warm and healthy.🙏👍2 -

What are your weekend exercise plans?
I got my walk in today. I keep Sunday as a rest day each week.
Same. I am also not exercising on Saturday as well. My Monday starts off with a walk to the gym, and I usually average 10,000 steps a day, even without Saturday and Sunday. Close anyway.

My plan was to get in a strength routine - completed. And to get 17K steps per day (didn't meet Saturday - I was in a funk) Met that today (Sun).

Good morning! I swear I have the worst luck. Myself and husband have had a sore throat for a couple of days. More of a scratchy throat than sore. I sat down to my dinner last night and the nausea hit. Not sure if the two are related. You can ask my family or friends and they will tell you I hate throwing up. I know there are a few nasty bugs on the go right now. I had promised myself I would reach both my swim and walking goals this week. This better be a 24 hour bug. I am going to lay down for awhile. I will try and comment on the posts later.
Have a great Monday!

My family had the same thing happen to then a couple of weeks ago.Not exactly 24 hours but close My daughter teaches Kindergarten and she says it has been burning through her class from just before Christmas (when isn’t some bug or another burning through a kindergarten class?) But there is definitely some sort of bug around right now that provides the same symptoms you described. Fortunately it sounds like it is short lived and relatively mild.0 -

This has been a good week for me. I went skiing with my family last weekend and was able to ski without any knee pain. I fell off the chairlift last year because I was so big. I was perfectly comfortable this time around. These are the things that make the weight loss most meaningful for me.5 -

I hope you feel better. My scratch throat turned into a cold...runny nose, sneezing and coughing, but no nausea. I hope it's a 24 hour thing cause what I got has lasted for 3 weeks for my husband and I'm going on week 2.... yuk!!1 -
