So stayed the same, but in all honesty, it's probably a lot of water retention since I was out in Toronto on Sat and there was a stop at a Ramen House, so lots of sodium (and then drinking water to off set it wouldn't have been wise since we took the GoTrain into the city and well, no one wants to use those potties!!!2 -

There is always a Ramen House, because Ramen is delicious. You have been a role model and have had great progress. So you went through a Ramen House event (lucky you) as you get back to your routine and basics, it will work, just as it always has.1 -

Stayed in the city over the weekend, so indulged a little more than usual combined with shark week bloating not much likelihood of a weight loss, steps were up though so hopefully some water weight will shift at the end of the week.0
