I checked how I was doing midweek by getting on the scale. I am down half a pound since Sunday. It is so nice to get back into this rhythm again. I am back to doing my workouts consistently. The sun is shining so I am able to walk during my lunchbreak. It is nice to be able to step away from the desk even if it is only for 10 minutes. As it gets warmer I will be able to get back to my garden and flower beds-so that is more cardio woohoo. I had a struggle and a success today though. I had a serious of yuck happen at work from the moment I arrived to now. When it was lunch time I left the building to grab lunch. I wanted to binge but I wanted to remember my why. I tried to phone in an order at a local Chinese place but it would take to long. I ended up getting a non healthy lunch through the drive thru but I kept it in moderation too. I have avoided the vending machine today. So even though I didn't do the greatest I did better than normal.
Here are my steps/ workouts so far.
    2/3--8,817
2/4--10,009--53 minutes of mixed cardio workout
    2/5--9, 712 steps--20 minutes rowing 10 minutes core
2/6--11,192- walk outdoors 15 minutes, core 10 minutes, walk indoors 15 minutes
2/7-- 30 minutes rowing (will add my steps later)

Since I had to move my scale, I think this is skewed, but I'll log it anyway. I took 5 readings while looking for "steady" ground in my new place and all the readings were different 🥴

Our last day in Sunny Florida - making our drive back to Connecticut tomorrow. It has been wonderful seeing our friends- but will be happy to get home to my own bed and routine. Here is a picture of the crew from last nights dinner, the second one is two years ago - same restaurant, same table. Nice to see the difference.

Is this how I weigh in? Did I tag the correct person?

So right after last week's starting weight, my weight went up 1.4 pounds. Then I was fighting that 1.4 pounds all week. 😕 I'm fortunate that I at least got back to the starting weight.

My first result :) So happy I found my keto rhythm again..

Amazing loss! We have a few people in the group doing keto.

Had fun at the show. I know my steps are low but I was using my walker. I moved way more than that but l left my watch on my arm instead of my pocket so I could get my text messages. It’s noisy in the casino. I am sure I will be above my maintenance weight tomorrow. Not that I overate but it was all salty restaurant food.

Hope you are all having an amazing day!

    In maintenance range

I am not surprised that I am up but surprised that I am not up more. I am going away overnight again next week. I have to be careful I don’t end up over my maintenance range. I can feel how bloated I am from the sodium that I had the last few days. I decided to go to the pool after my appointment as I have things to get done before I go.

Have you thought about your weekend fitness and nutrition? Weekends are always hard for me. Anyone interested in a bingo challenge for next week?

    Have a great Friday!

    Friday Weigh-In

    PW: 232.6
CW: 234.6 - Weight loss isn't always linear and as long as I stay consistent, I'll see the results I'm looking for on the scale. I've been seeing the difference in my body and definitely have more muscle and strength along with lost inches. I won't let this number get me down. I'm disappointed but will push through mentally because in the past, this "setback" would cause me to spiral, but I'm only feeling resolve.

    Step Goal: 6,000
    2/4 - 6,217
    2/5 - 8,190
    2/6 - 6,103
    2/7 - 9,660
    2/8 - 8,965
    2/9 -
