I am appreciating how the wet weather is gone, there's a lot more day light too. I gardened (dealt with weeds) a bunch this week. It felt good. Spring cleaned my house too.

Feeling a little like Bill Murray over here...Groundhog day with my stats. Things fluctuate a tiny bit during the week but ultimately I can tired of this plateau!!!!!

Travel weight back off and a small bit more, it's a bit slow this week as have some GI side effects from increase in the dose of my meds, feeling a bit bloaty.

Have you taken any diet breaks (i.e eating at maintenance for a week or two)? It can give you both a mental and physical break to re-group and get back at it just to have a break from a deficit / logging.

Up this week. Very disappointed with myself. I'm trying eating more protein and using electrolytes over the past week to see if I can solve my fatigue and stiffness when exercising. Better see a drop next week!2 -
