    The daily card:
While tightness and constriction in your body can literally be a pain, those feelings can also be instructive. Physical tightness is often a symptom of something going on in our minds. Over the course of our lives, we tend to develop patterns of physical tension in response to stress and difficult emotions. If you can learn to recognize the patterns and correlations between your mind and body, you can intentionally relax those parts of the body before the tension builds.

    (End of day Notes)
    • Monday
After my sodium-filled weekend, today was a damage control type of day. Got in a lot of steps, ate well (other then the pint of Rebel pistachio low-carb ice cream I ate late at night) I was really hungry throughout the day though and I finally caved.. This will be the second day my accountability partner/cousin has not answered my calls🫤 My husband thinks I should probably give it up for now, we’ll see. In hindsight, you really can’t force people to change, they have to be ready for it.
**Note to self: Workout gear seems to add about 1.7 lbs
    • Sunday
Typical post-partying diet today consisting of McDonald’s for brunch and triple scoop ice cream after dinner.
