@minstrelofsarcasm I would like to opt out of the group for now. I have a lot going on, and my weight hasn't budged in months. I am not sure the process but would prefer to do that then not have the time to give my full efforts.

You can always post it later in the week, and it'll count as on-time as long as we get it before Sunday morning when the results are tallied. The point behind having a specific day is less being locked into posting it on that day, and more about creating a routine.
And if you really can't provide a weigh-in, you can let us know and I can excuse you for the week! This reduces the number of annoying messages I send out and prevents you from being marked as a non-weigh-in on the spreadsheet.1 -

Hi everyone I'm going to be weighing in for the April group.
The last time I was on MFP (2010!) I joined a similar group and it really motivated me to keep going.

Ending March with a bang lol
My schedule changed this week so now I’m on 1st shift trying to get a handle on when I’m working out and when I’m eating.
I managed workouts ok for the week, and eating in the morning before camp and eating during my workday have gone well too.
It’s when I get home around 3pm and am famished by 4. Had lots of extra snacks this week and now I’m paying for it on the scale 😬
Haven’t gotten much running in this week and when I did it was slow and lackluster, losing some steam a week before the 5k. But all the boot camp classes I did this week were all strength training classes and not much cardio so I might be retaining some water too…at least that’s what I’m choosing to believe this week lol1 -

This really hasn't been a good week, a lot of stress eating going on and not a lot of exercise as I am on holidays with the kids and my husband was away for work. We have one more week off before going back to work for me/ school for them so I will do my best to focus again and avoid the trigger food1 -

Not sure what is really happening, I have been eating salad and veggies. Maybe my body can’t handle it, lol. We are having Easter today and I leave for Jamaica on Thursday so hopefully when I get back things will change. I do have an appointment about my weight when I get home0

I’m back from vacation! I just got off the overnight flight from Hawaii this morning… Hoping my big gain is mostly bloat. Yowzers!! 😳 I normally weigh in on Friday, but didn’t have access to a scale yesterday, and really it feels like it’s just been one very long day with not sleeping on the overnight flight.
Tired, but I’m anxious to get back in the swing of things! I finished my MAPS Anabolic weight training program before I left, and I’m excited to start Caroline Girvan’s “Iron” series today. I’m going to be so sore tomorrow! First, nap, followed by groceries, a walk…
Oh - I wore a bikini!!! 👙 (And then promptly sunburned my stomach which hadn’t seen the sun in over 20 years.)
