    It makes me think about how the self that doesn’t like feeling vulnerable tends to berate “the self who failed”….give that other self a muzzle 🤦🏾‍♀️😂.

    Guess we are learning and integrating along the way. 🤷🏾‍♀️

    That quote and story about failing is good. I've been trying to think a lot about what is and what isn't working in my weight loss journey. What I can change to succeed. Still a work in progress!

    She's up, she's down, she's up... she's blaming this bump on her TOM which arrived yesterday and is currently giving her unbearable cramps and the lovely dinner she had out with her sister last night.

    Definitely heading into the new week with some renewed motivation. I've been stuck now for like 6 weeks or so in the same 5lb range - unacceptable! getting a move on. Starting early tomorrow morning with snowboarding in new hampshire - so excited to get some more time on the snow this season. And I get to put the brand new tires on my car to the test with a 2 hour drive.

    @conleywoods so glad to see you back Kristi! sounds like you have some traction

    @MaddawgMadsen way to GO with such a strong week of workouts!

    Week 1 April step challenge stats are due (Mar 31-Apr 6). Thanks to those that have posted already!

    On that note.. the final close out of March:

    We had three team members who reported their steps for the whole month. Shout out to @MaddawgMadsen @YinxFed and @StayFITTer for hanging in the whole month!

    Top steppers for March:

    Had an okay weekend, Friday and Saturday I was feeling pretty terrible, there was no taming my allergies, my head was pounding, so no exercise was done, Yesterday I got some yard work done, and a little over 4mile hike, so it was a good day ! I absolutely love my new hiking boots, lots of puddles to jump in, and not one drop of moisture. :smiley:

    Today is Drs appt and then 30 minutes on the treadmill.

    Thursday, April 4 - 7,914 steps, 45 minutes of CrossFit
    Friday, April 5 - 6,512 steps, 60 minutes of spin
    Saturday, April 6 - 46 steps ... all parts of me needed a break
    Sunday, April 7 - 5,536 steps - probably closer to my 6k goal, but I had to put my watch on the charger
