    The 170s are getting so close! I'm sick of the 180s now!!! Never thought I'd say that as my goal was initially 196lb 🤣

    Great job! Isn’t weird how we keep lowering our goals. I think I feel better that I keep thinking another 10 pounds will make a bigger difference (except the lose skin). What about you?

    I know when i started an 80lb loss seemed like a distant dream. When i got there i was so happy. That's the point I've always given up before, but i realised i still had plenty of fat! I thought another 10 would be it. Then another 10. And now I'm even thinking of another 10! Once i get to 175lb im going for 10lb more but no rush for that last 10, I'm going to increase my calories and plan to lose just. 5lb a week!! Hoping it will ease me into maintenence! I ve continually failed at maintenance before so this will be a new approach!

    This is my first time really thinking about maintenance since I gained the weight. I lost a good bit of weight 24 years ago but got sick before I could maintain. This time I am tip toeing to maintenance. Before you know it we will maintenance buddies.

    I took a break from exercising on Friday. I listened to my body. I am undecided whether to walk or swim. I do have to go to the mall to get my phone screen replaced a a new pair of sneakers. So maybe I will mall walk.

    Anyone excited for the eclipse? I got my glasses yesterday. We will only get a partial one here but I might go to a town where it will be a total eclipse.

    Good morning! I got my sneakers yesterday. I bought all black as right now I only wear sneakers with my back. I did get a high step count for me. I am going to try and fit a walk in between shopping(again) and the eclipse.

    I am going to increase my steps to 5,500 for the rest of the month. My goal is to get over this 5 days a week.

    Hi Team! This past week was tough for me as I went out quite a bit. My eating wasn't terrible but I was definitely drinking a lot more than normal and eating more sweets than normal. I'm assuming that I've put on some water weight from all the carbs but we'll see what happens this week...fingers crossed.
