Haven't got any energy these last weeks, but hey that's living with fibro.

Hi myndieet. Do you have fibromyalgia? I think I have had it since my teen years, but was formally diagnosed about 10 years ago. It took me doing a Whole30 round to figure out that sugar triggers it. I am a sugar addict, so I deal with the pain instead of making healthy changes. Also weather plays a big part of it. It's raining here today and I have been hurting since last night.

Hello lovethyneighbor ☺ yes I have fibro.. Possibly also since a young age, diagnosed 17 years ago.. I'm on keto diet, so no sugar for me, but that does unfortunately not much for the fibro pain or tiredness.. The weather has some influence on me, but good weather (as in sunshine and low humidity) doesn't always make my symptoms stay low.. The best life with fibro to me is stability.. Keeping the factors of influence (like weather or stress) to fibro as much the same as possible and I'll be doing (somewhat) ok.. Everything in moderation 🙃

Good morning my friends! Good morning @Megan_smartiepants1970! I hope all is well with all of you. I just took the dog for a walk and feel refreshed and calm. I just love spring. Flowers popping up trees in full bloom — everything feels and smells so fresh!

    Weigh-in Day: Sunday
    PW: 259.0 lbs
CW: 260.0 lbs (up 1.0 lbs)

I had a minor set back this week, not totally unexpected after the huge moves over the past two weeks. I’ll get it back this week. Now I’m going back outside and enjoy this fabulous Spring day!

My apologies, I am staying with my granddaughter while my daughter and husband are in Mexico. I have been non stop running it seems. Also, the eating is not the greatest. I am here with her until Wednesday. My surgeons appointment went ok. I will be having the surgery sometime between mid June to early July. He has to have a vascular surgeon with him so they have to coordinate OR schedules. While I am disappointed that it’s not happening in May I am just relieved the end is in sight. I started going to the doctor for this in November 2019 so it’s been a long haul. Nothing moves fast in Canada when it comes to healthcare. Anyway, forms are all signed so I just wait. The recovery is about 6 to 8 weeks and I will then start physio. I will not be allowed in the pool for 3 months after surgery.

@lovethyneighbor--Yes I do have a crate I put her in to sleep and to eat. I have not thought about doing that to workout. That is a good idea.

@Stacimfit--I would definitely wait if you already have a struggle with your routine. Or you could get an older dog that already is potty trained and not so demanding.
