    I'd find the perfect farmhouse with lots of land to buy here in New England

    When I see steps I write them down immediately ..Its a habit since I have been doing them for awhile now

    High sodium dinner last night so I think this is an artificially high number but this coming Friday will be the test of that theory.

    Down with a stomach bug. Burned 2200 calories so far today with a heart of 90 at rest. Only just now consume five crackers. So fatigued and queasy.

    Nice day with Mom yesterday to celebrate Mother's day. Today going to visit Greg's cousin (actually his Mom's cousin). Greg's Mom passed quite a few years ago, and his cousin is his closest Mom figure.
