Have an appointment next Thursday for an MRI. I was going to cancel as I am feeling much better, but decided not to - just to rule out anything major. In the meantime - walking a little more around the house. Got in 100 minutes of intentional seated exercise. Got on the scale and didn't like what I saw! Thinking my tracker has overestimated how much I burn during a seated workout. So for now - won't count any exercise towards my calorie limit. It's going to be a tough couple weeks, but I am going to TRY!

Nice drop from last week but still haven't made up for last week's gain. We'll be doing a lot outside this weekend as our last kid's HS gradual party is 3 weeks away and we need to get the yard / landscaping projects done so I should get plenty of steps in and work out the muscles.3 -

Got in a couple short slow walks, it was lovely! Getting a little better every day. Not much else yesterday, read a little, watched some TV - got in some seated cardio and strength.

I was thinking about changing my goal to 5K, but I’m going to still keep my goal at 10k even though I’m failing miserably right now.
I really need to start carrying my phone with me to track my steps as well. I’m going to try to use my fanny pack when I’m moving about, that should help.

Sorry so late just got home. Was going to request to be excused again but rolling with it. Not surprised by the number since it’s late after traveling all day and after being out of town and away from routine. I tracked while away but not “perfectly” since I couldn’t always measure or know what was in something. Tried my best to make good choices and know if I had not tracked the scale would have been even higher. Unwinding tonight then tomorrow getting back to basics and routine starting with meal planning, groceries and meal prepping. What’s everyone’s strategy to get back on track after a trip or unplanned crazy week?3 -

Celebrated Mother's Day and my daughter's 30th Bday - out to lunch, really nice day - but over calories and sodium. I am easing back into my walks - got a couple in again.
