Good morning @Megan_smartiepants1970 snd all you wonderful Downsizers. I finely got my bike out and did a couple of 30 mile runs this week. Boy it really felt good to get back out riding. Fun!

I love throwing a party, getting everything together, invites, really love when everything comes together.

First day that I met my the 5.54 required for my 2,024 miles in 2024. That's why I pushed so hard at the beginning of the year knowing that there would be times that it would be difficult. Still having a hard time on the scale - reducing my calorie goal by 200 calories to see what that does.

Nooo I must have been so tired last night and didn't catch my typo. Gosh it was supposed to be 5,796. I was trying to get these in for you early too haha.

I've been fighting a cold that's had me feeling a bit lazy. Haven't really worked out much in the last few weeks. Maybe I'll get back at it tonight when I get home from work. I've also been snack a lot more which has been rare for me. I notice that I'm more disciplined on the days that I go into the office. On the days I work from home? Snack central.
Oh well. Another week to try and get it right.3 -

Got in two walks yesterday - almost met my step goal. Skipped the other exercise - the two walks was enough.

Good morning! Thought I would stop by and say hi. My surgery is postponed and hopefully will be done sometime in June. I have been dealing with some major stress which has thrown me off in eating and exercising. I am working through it and hope to get back on track. My weight has gone up. I am looking forward to getting back on the team in June. I don’t want to gain more weight and lose the progress I have made with my walking.

I moved temporarily late November to an apartment complex while my home is being built. The complex has a gym. I do my own thing in the gym with machines and free weights. I wish I could take the gym with me when I move in 5 weeks!!2 -

@itladyee Yay 5 weeks! How exciting! Congrats on your new home. Hope there will be an extra room or area you can turn into a gym. You’ve really gotten your routine down and been sticking to it. I really hope you can find a convenient way to continue your strength training after you move.0

So I went MIA this past week. After getting over the stomach bug, our son decided to try out for a new travel baseball team. He made the team and went straight into practice and an out of state tourney. It was a whirl wind of running all over town to find all the new gear needed before heading out. He has grown so much the last 8 months.
With that said I missed my step check in. I weigh in tomorrow so I will enter everything then.
