Daily Goals for May1. Calories @1650 and protein 150g.Recap: The weekend was good but it was not good for the scale. My husband treated me to dinner for Mother's Day. I tried to reserve my calories for dinner ..... Sunday, we went to our first baseball game of the season. Let's just say the days were enjoyable. Now back to the regularly scheduled program!
2. Limit Wine to the weekend, if at all.
3. Water - Minimum of 80 ounces
4. Exercise 6 days a week (core/strength train/cardio)
5. Consistently hit 10k steps - Goal 20+ days.
6. Daily reads or audible.
7. Post work out snack

Found a lot of seated cardio and strength workouts. It's amazing what you can find on youtube. I think my Garmin overestimates the number of calories burned - but that's a different story. I'm feeling a little better, can walk without the crutches - a step at a time.

If you had to get a tattoo today, what would you get?
I lost my dad is 1994, his 2nd wife pulled a gun on him and gave him a heart attack .. he was 51 when he died ..the hardest day of my life ... I am an avid dolphin collector so I would get 2 dolphins shaped in a heart with a banner that said DaddyKins (that is what I called him) boy do I miss him

Have an appointment next Thursday for an MRI. I was going to cancel as I am feeling much better, but decided not to - just to rule out anything major. In the meantime - walking a little more around the house. Got in 100 minutes of intentional seated exercise. Got on the scale and didn't like what I saw! Thinking my tracker has overestimated how much I burn during a seated workout. So for now - won't count any exercise towards my calorie limit. It's going to be a tough couple weeks, but I am going to TRY!

Nice drop from last week but still haven't made up for last week's gain. We'll be doing a lot outside this weekend as our last kid's HS gradual party is 3 weeks away and we need to get the yard / landscaping projects done so I should get plenty of steps in and work out the muscles.3 -
