    Burned 207 calories doing a 45 minute full body workout. Got back from vacation yesterday, so I'm trying to get back to the normal workout routine. Happy Saturday, guys.

    Just pulled out my stepper, which I haven't used in ages, and did 7 minutes before my heart rate just was out of control. Have now moved to the exercise bike and I have attempting an HIIT workout as I speak.

    woke up, braced up, did an hour on the semi-recumbent exercise bike.

    Decided to try to ride after spin class. Only made it 35 minutes. Too darn hot 100F, 95 in the shade. There wasn’t much shade. Took multiple breaks to cool down burned 250 active calories…

    i decided to try something a bit different. instead of going faster and harder, i tried a longer, lighter ride at 90 minutes and followed it up with a 32 minute slower treadmill walk with an 8 pound weighted vest. it wasn't really enough weight to get my heart rate up - i'll gradually increase it.
