nice - that's a lot of running!
i did 40 minutes on the treadmill at a 5% incline today plus 6 minutes of overhead presses, front lifts, side laterals that i missed during yesterday's super quick workout.3 -
Today I took a 15 minute walk with my dog and the did 40 minutes on the treadmill.
My dog is 15 and has some hip issues so we only go for quick walks so she doesn't hurt herself.2 -
