    Thanks @minstrelofsarcasm - I had actually recorded it in MFP on that day - just forgot that I could check there, which I did a day or so ago.

    I way overate sweets and chocolate while I was away last weekend Friday-Sunday. I’ve lost some of that, but still binged on chocolate twice this week.
    It’s dumb, because I don’t even eat “good” chocolate, just dumb stuff like Reeces peanut butter cups and various Hershey brand name chocolates.

    Also ate way too much processed food because had my granddaughters over to babysit. I even bought them some snacks before they came and then proceeded to eat them before the girls even got here.

    I need to get back to healthy foods and stay within my calorie budget.

    This morning’s breakfast:
    2 thin slices Dave’s Killer Bread, toasted
    1/2 an avocado spread onto the toast
    1 semi-hard boiled egg sliced and placed over top of the avocado
    A sprinkle of black pepper

    I'm tired of being in this rut! I keep bouncing between 214 and 219. Hopefully once I've been using my cpap for awhile I'll get some energy back and can be more active.

    Forgot to report my weight yesterday on my Weigh in day. Was out of town for a wedding and just got busy and forgot to post.

    Weigh In Day: Friday
    PW (Previous Weight): don’t remember my last reported weight since I didn’t weigh in last week.
    CW (Current Weight): 203.2

    My weight is probably up. I’m sorry team. It’s been a wild beginning of August and I’ve struggled righting the ship the last week. It’s 100% my nutrition. I’ve lost my steam in making sure my day overall keeps me in a deficit.

    My mornings and afternoons especially during the week at work are great. It’s when I get home that I eat what my heart desires and don’t record it.

    Going to try to get back to making sure I’m eating more nutrient dense keep me feeling fuller longer type foods, so I’m not ravenous and eating everything within arms reach.

    My appetite has returned, so I'll need to balance the ins & outs again. I'm still not very active. I woke up this morning to my left knee being swollen as well now 😞 That's both knees, both wrists and thumbs, my right foot, my left hip and both sides of my jaws all aching. This has been a crappy summer.

    So sorry I completely forgot to post on Thursday 🫤 I was away last weekend so didn’t eat healthy. Guess I had one too many of the yummy iced caramel lattes 😋

    Our challenge runs Sunday through Monday, if you post Monday through Sunday, your numbers might look weird.

    Thank you @daria0919! I’m so sorry I got so busy yesterday I forgot to update my steps! And that is a great name! Heading over there now to add my steps for Sunday and Monday!
