Sorry I really haven't been on top of things this week, lots of stress at work, and my daughter had new pointe shoes for ballet which meant sitting down a lot to panic sew ribbons and elastic, and darn the toes before her class. Hectic week with not so good decisions food wise and no time to exercise. I made the effort to go to my local parkrun this morning and felt a lot better for it. I am refocusing and hopefully will have a great week next week

Pleasantly surprised that it’s just one pound up my priorities were on other things this week so I’ve no step count either this week.
Back on track from today I’m going to give it my best shot

I had a big set back last week. Fell off the healthy eating wagon and had too much chocolate and cheez its and other junk.
I can’t seem to get back to my salads and apples and fruits and veggies. I have no motivation right now. Frustrating….
I’m probably in a bit of a blue state right now, just a lot of things going on that are stressing me out. Tendinitides in my left foot which is painful and swollen, a dentist who can’t get his s**t together and get the crown done correctly for my tooth, a messy house with no motivation to pick it up, a car that’s giving me trouble. That’s just a few of the things bugging me. Starting to feel more blue as it gets closer to October. Used to be my happiest month with three of my son’s birthdays and beautiful fall colors, and now it’s become the month of the yearly anniversaries of the death of one of my sons.
The only thing I’ve still kept up on is trying to get a lot of steps in (even though it’s aggravating the tendinitis).3 -

Well, I think I have some intestinal thing going on because my scale shot up a lot of pounds inexplicably. I've had some weird stomach behavior and decided it is probably time for another round of prilosec (I have GERD and take meds that mess with the stomach, so this happens). But I will try a probiotic for a few weeks first and see if that helps. I don't love prilosec.1
