    Your fellow members are a fantastic resource. There is always someone willing to answer any questions you may have. However, did you know that there are other resources within the UAC? They are on the group page under ANNOUNCEMENTS - In no particular order:
    • Welcome and Introductions - This is where you can tell us a little about yourself.
    • October Volunteers Schedule - This is the list of people who keep UAC running smoothly. Maybe you would like to pay it forward, and take a more active role in the group.
    • What’s on your mind today? - Our general chat thread, where you can ask questions, post recipes etc
    • FAQ’s - First port of call for new members, and if you have a query.
    • Required Reading - Rules and an explanation of how UAC works
    • Resource Centre - Some useful ideas, helpful tools, links etc.
    These are great places to go to find out about the UAC. Learn more about your fellow members in “Introductions” and check out "What's on your mind today” for a little extra chit-chat.

    Welcome to all new members and welcome back all returning members!
    October has started chilly and damp here but I shall still be out and about on my bike every day unless it is too windy or really heavy rain. I gained a couple of kg last month (3 weeks away on holiday in Kos) so I shall be buckling down again over the next few weeks.

    Exercise- two quick walks, and 25 minutes on the trampoline. Also the mental exercise of figuring out if I really needed ice cream more than I wanted my first day of the month to not be a pass day.
