Found a Pilates class! Have to work at the back of the class, because my Pilates Italian is still underdeveloped. A 75-minute class, but some of that is relaxation.
Feeling so privileged and grateful to be here in this beautiful city, doing what I've been wanting to do for ages.11 -
Exercise ✅ - 30 minutes of cycling dropping my kids off at their (different) nurseries, a walk to collect my eldest with my youngest in the carrier and some stretching
Within calories ✅ - even including some of my homemade battenburg cake to eat while watching Bake Off tonight!

Welcome to all new members and welcome back all returning members!
October has started chilly and damp here but I shall still be out and about on my bike every day unless it is too windy or really heavy rain. I gained a couple of kg last month (3 weeks away on holiday in Kos) so I shall be buckling down again over the next few weeks.

Exercise- two quick walks, and 25 minutes on the trampoline. Also the mental exercise of figuring out if I really needed ice cream more than I wanted my first day of the month to not be a pass day.

Happy October! Finally cooling off in New Mexico. The heat is still off, but nice cool nights. This month I am pretty much guaranteed to go over my pass days. October contains my wedding anniversary (25 years!), my birthday and a work travel. But that's ok I'm going to do the best I can but let myself celebrate as well

Hello October! I came SO close to getting below 300 pounds in September. I weighed in yesterday at 301, which puts me at 29.2 pounds lost since July 1st!
