    This is post is for Sept 22-28. For those interested in joining the October step challenge (you can join any time!), the week of Sept 29 (9/29-10/5) steps should be posted by Wed, October 6.
    Some numbers housekeeping:
    Our challenge runs Sunday through Monday, if you post Monday through Sunday, your numbers might look weird to you.

    ~ Monthly Goals ~

    Last month, we set mini-goals to reach by the end of September. Is anyone interested in setting a mini-goal (or should we say mini-ghoul in October?) for this month?

    I'm going to be a little ambitious and set my ghoul (heh) as being back in the 170s by the end of October, which is a little less than five pounds.

    My mini ghoul 👻 is to actually get down under 75 kg and stay there. Last month, I got to 75.4 a few times but am back up over 76.
