~ Monthly Goals ~
Last month, we set mini-goals to reach by the end of September. Is anyone interested in setting a mini-goal (or should we say mini-ghoul in October?) for this month?
I'm going to be a little ambitious and set my ghoul (heh) as being back in the 170s by the end of October, which is a little less than five pounds.
