I'm pretty sure Sunday's numbers should be higher, not sure I had my hearing aids in before I left for the chili cook off. I did a lot of running around in the morning cooking, not one, but two batches of chili. We will see what today's numbers look like later.

There are a lot of candies I don't like (Almond Joy, anything coconut or banana flavor) but I have a weakness for gummy candy, non-standard jelly beans (Starburst are amazing) and tamarind candy. Tamarind candy is not especially common around here but someone brought a bunch of different types (!!! Finding one type is exciting, she brought...idk...4? 5? OMG!) to work this week and I'm trying to pace myself.

The foot is the issue @melaniedscott - I’m in a boot for the next four weeks. Then I see the specialist again for next steps. Every time I take a step I have to wear it. I can’t train for the 8K I signed up for that’s happening in mid November. I’m frustrated because that was my main form of exercise and what I love to do. Thanks for asking
