    Fyi, from forums.
Here's a thread with last page links.
    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10923760/running-list-of-the-last-page-of-posts#latest

If you quote it or go back in the thread to see info on the last page link format that ends with the page #. Could do a reference here or as a separate discussionin this group, or add to the forum list...

hmmm.... I've been sort of seeing ONE extra page with nothing in it but it has been easy to go one back... BUT... I am mostly viewing on web or on a lag updated android app (I've set MFP to not update due to propensity to downgrade when it does... which means it only forces the forced updates)

I had tried going back a page or two, but I'll try further.

Try four or five. It varies by site.

I was able to do so by going back about 5 or 6. It looks like the last 2 pages or so were the blank ones

Weird no? The IT people need to figure that out. Probably some unexpected consequence of an “upgrade”.

Doctor appointment this morning. Mobility issues seem to be deteriorating. I’m hoping to get some answers but I fear all I’ll get is more tests and appointments! Best outcome would be “you’re old and fat- get over yourself!”

Still summer here. No rain in 8 weeks now. And humidity and temperatures in the 90s. I want to pet my sweaters!

Your cruise pictures for me would make me say something closer to..... just a normal, probably interesting, person.... and not "who is that old and fat person".... but what would I know 🤷‍♂️

Thank you PAV! You can’t know how much your positivity meant to me today. Failed my mammogram tests - more testing soon. More tests on leg issues….

Hey: multiple tests at least help ensure that the 'study' is valid.

Ah - but the anxiety and worry along the way. I’m a world class worrier.😟 Champion of the worst case scenario. 🥺

I've heard of that one before. But. Ms. You do know that sometimes the pretty pictures are not very clear right?

Yup, I even walked to the polling station to vote on the 19th!
The performance coach I am listening to says walks in the rain count double - not physically, but psychologically 😉

So what sort of points do I get for today's dog walk?!?!?!?!

Princess saw 15:30 roll in on her internal chronometer and decided that she should be fed! But she snoozed in this morning (think a belly up to the sky paws in the air sort of canine) so didn't eat her breakfast till 11:30! So TOO SOON!

So what's a person to do but take her out IN THE RAIN! Even though it was known that it would NOT be NOT raining by 17:00... off we went to receive 4.5mm of water at 15:30.... got back with toes soaking (cause run-off from waterproof pants straight onto NOT waterproof sneakers)... right after the sun started shinning!

    UGH! PRINCESS!

Don't you even think that I didn't let her know what I thought of her shenanigans while I was drying her off WHILE I WAS STILL DRIPPING WET AND WITH MY JACKET ON! I TOLD HER that all this business about being a pretty dog and a good dog is straight up lies and that she's nothing but a troublemaker!!!! THAT ought to teach her!

Now off to find squash and fish for her highness! and some coffee for me!

Today, got up at 11am (I work tonight), threw together a protein drink. Got a haircut at 12:30, gum after for upper body day. Then home and a hot tub soak, then some homework, then "dinner", which was my Asian-inspired chicken/mushroom/noodle deal. Did some meal prep for the next couple work days and now enjoying a cup of coffee and gonna watch the first period of my hocjey game (they're in Columbus) before I head to work.

Went to the Oiler's game in nashville tonight. Had a blast, we blew them out 5-1. And we got on TV!

Celebrities in our midst! Go Oilers!
(Got to read up on hockey. No clue as to how that game works?)

The basics are easy yooly. 5 players and a goalie on the ice for each team. They try to score against the opposition teams goalie. There are offenses (penalties) that lead to one team or another having a man-advantage (power-play), which can make it easier to score. There is also an offsides rule, to prevent cherry picking.

It's fast, it's physical, it's glorious. It is by far my favorite sport to watch, in person or on TV.

But what’s with the smacking each other with fists and sticks? Lots of missing teeth on those guys?

Less smacking with fists these days, but yeah, lots of missing teeth. Sticks come up, and pucks, sometimes elbows or fists. But mostly it's very fast, very skilled, very physical sport.

Oh my, you see some huge smucks into the boards (the sides of the rink) at times, I have no clue how anyone is not removed by stretcher after that!! The sport is incredibly fast-paced with very physical checking and so much fun to watch. And I'm not much of a sports fan...besides figure skating and the winter Olympics...

Next Saturday I will be in a box seat for the Vancouver Canucks farm team (the aptly named Abbotsford Canucks) and I am genuinely looking forward to it!

    That will be great @BCLadybug888.

Ours is a weekend of hockey:

Oilers game (which we physically attended) in Nashville Thursday: 5-1 victory
Daughter's D3 College game yesterday: 5-1 victory (and she scored a sprawling, belly-down goal while being tripped)
    Daughter's D3 college game today at 1
Capitals game this afternoon at 4
Havoc (our local super low pro team to which we have half-season tickets) game tonight at 7, which we'll be at in person
    Oilers game tomorrow at 7
