Well the kidney stone now known as Osama Bin Laden who terrorized me for 12 years and inflicted pain and turmoil for the last month..... has been lasered and supposedly buried at sea/drain per my urologist. The stent was removed as well between my kidney and my bladder.

My kidney's are now both clear and the last of the stones have precipitated or broke down or were lasered out!!!! (7 in total)

OK off the pain killers, antibiotics, and drugs so my digestive system should start to kick back in a little better!!!

Now I can get back to cycling and swimming and maybe we can kick off a few weeks of weight loss until Christmas decadent eating occurs!!!!

Welcome @Puerulus and hope Tinkerbell and Chris come along and join us!!!!!!!

Lagging behind a day, busy with final shipping dates of the year to the EU. Whilst battling a lovely chest infection I might add. Hope recovery is going well @thomasjohnlynch

My life is a whirling blender. I'm happy I haven't blown up too much. No progress, just status quo.
I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in months and I'm posting my weight here. All good signs.

Lynch, you are still breathing! I'm sorry to hear you had such ugly sounding medical stuff. Here's to a much healthier 2025 (for all of us.)

I had a new relationship bloom for four months...and it ended on Sunday. My thinking is a kaleidoscope of self-pity, self-doubt, hopelessness, resolve, relief, gratitude, and curiosity about the future. So, yes, I haven't been sleeping well. But like you Lynch, I'm upright, typing, and breathing...better than the alternative.

    Have a good week everyone.

Glad we are coming back together a little bit! Success and happiness to you all!!!!

Sadly I am NO swimming, NO cycling, NO really anything leg oriented and supposed to keep it elevated for TWO weeks!!!!!!

A wee bit of BASIL CELL CARCINOMA and some MOH samurai sword chopping out resulting in 8 internal and 20 external stiches in my shin.... ouchie!!!!! i have a "boot" and have to have THEM change it every 3 to 4 days.

Good luck. I had a MOH on my head. They got it on the first wack. No stitches.

Later that night I went on a first date. Things progressed, things were nice, then things fell apart. After four months the relationship ended last week.

The surgical site is nearly invisible.

So the recovery time lasted just a bit longer than the relationship.
    🤣
