I'll post here.. Been couple very rough weeks, that included travels and a bout with flu. Today I checked in at 83.3kg which put me into "Balanced" category (vs. "Overweight") for a first time since very long time ago I think.
I'm getting onto the last stretch of loosing 10 more kgs before I hit my ideal weight and can start thinking about how to maintain that.2 -

Sadly my "flat line" is not very inspiring. I gotta break this 'habit' and chain...... I know what to do, and I know I am and Askhole, I just need to confidence, discipline, and strength.
