Wow this system does not sort the posts and dates too well?? This message group was way down the list? Anyway....
A bit of work and personal chaos so delayed with posting BUT Mr. Garmin keeps track of it all as long as I step on the thing!!!

Next Waypoint Goal (~ 5% loss) : 190 lbs
Last Week : 199.4 lbs
This Week : 200.1 lbs
Variance: + .7 lb (GAIN)
hmmm a little kick up.
I did help a friend move a few days back and gobbled down a sausage, egg, breakfast casserole my wife made a tray of.......I must have had 1,000 calories of it and a slice of Kringle (ok a 1/4 wedge!) and haven't had soda in a few years.......drank two diet coke's - yeah that's what I needed??? and for lunch I must admit I haven't had a good hoagie (grinder? , sub? - what do YOU call them) in a few years, so THIS whole food plant based eater jumped ship and went bizerk for a loaded Italian hoagie with salami, capicola, pepperoni, mayo, cheese, and a scrumptious Italian roll with peperoncino and onions and tomatoes etc etc.
Point seven gain!!!!!! I'll take it.
