Yes- Exactly. My Neti Pot worked so well...until they took away my entire bathroom. Using the neti pot in the kitchen sink seems disgusting, so I quit using it. I was achy and stuffy and not stuffy and such low energy. A lil' tired.... and then the COLLLD FRIGGGEN WEATHER..... that has NOT helped.

Sleeping on the floor in the sun room on a mattress while having this crud...cold...whatever.... really made my body ache even more.
Last night, finally the bed was back in the bedroom.Slept like a baby. I need to go purchase more Nyquil now. I've been using that for 3 weeks. to help me sleep.
I think i'm on the mend.

WOrkouts are happenign everyday, regardless of how I really feel. Its getting that food in control and being consistent there that I am attempting to laser focus on. (** My laser isn't too strong.... Went with 4 sets of 10-12 reps on back, and tried to go slow and controlled.
Normally do 3 sets of 15-20. Definitely felt like the weights were 5-10# heavier.

Decided to do legs today - hamstrings and Glutes was the main focus for the first 30mins.
Quads, adductors and calves to finish it off. It seemed to help my back release = perhaps some of my pain is muscle soreness. I did have 2 aleve - I'm sure that helps too.1 -
Been absent for a while. Very stressed. Dad went to ER (passed out - low BP), mom not feeling well, niece USAF entry delayed due to knee injury - so have to add her to my caregiver responsibility. She can’t walk.
Just saying hi for now. Feeling overwhelmed and panicky. Just trying to take some deep breaths and my positive words aren’t working right now! 😖1 -

Hey @justgirl81. Must’ve missed your post! Were you ill? Glad you’re finally feeling better. This is what’s my mom is dealing with. Everyone in the family had what we considered a bad cold and we thought she escaped it. Now she has congestion, wheezing, coughing. She seems to be getting better slowly (robitussin, nebulizers, Mucinex) but still congested. Hopefully a full recovery soon. And with the dementia, the emotional issues get worse - crying, whining, agitation. Deep breaths! Deep breaths!!

Today is the first day I feel like I'm seeing the light (praise Lord Jesus) at the end of the tunnel.
I've found relief in lots of prayer, rest, raw garlic, turmeric, vitamin C, and zinc. I believe walking is very important (even slow) with chest congestion, and always have her in upright position. Tons of fluids. Hot decaffeinated lemon in herbal tea. Laughter, hugs, pictures of happy memories and/or puppies and kittens. I think all of these things will help her recover.0 -
First time I've weighed in since Mid November.
Up 1# - putting me at 107.2 - which I will take. Heck, could just be a BM or still retaining water from the 4 meals out this past weekend. That is SO relieving to me. I figured I was up several #.
ANywho...I've started a cut - lord willing I will be able to stick into the cut for 4 weeks. Brings me to about March 4th. If I havent' stated my goals:

Sounds like what I had, and it lasted 4 weeks. My brother (13hours away in Iowa) is on week 2 of it. Its a HARD slow return. He is deparately trying NOT to give it to my mom. Oh boy! that's the last thing she needs is pnemonia - I'd be afraid it would take her last breath (just being real).
