So, at 4 am this morning, when I couldn’t sleep, I spent some time thinking about what I can do to try to motivate myself again. I decided I needed to change things up.
I pulled out my old, old WW points plus materials! I’m going attempt one full week of counting my points and keeping track in the blue journal in the photo and use my points plus calculator.
Please share with us your approach to weight loss for this coming week. Would love to hear some inspiring ideas.

I too have thought I need to take a step back and reassess what I am doing (or not doing). I am taking this week and changing some things up. I have been eating to much processed foods-labeled healthy. I have not had enough water and a lot of salty snacks at work. So I am planning, clean meals, no salty snacks and instead have fruit or vegetables for snacks.1 -

@podperson1
I noticed you posted steps for the last week of Jan but did not post for the first week of February. You mentioned getting steps in...are you planning to participate in the steps challenge this month?
I'm not done with my numbers yet, so I will give you until 8 am CST today...if you see this and want to post. If you do want to participate but miss the deadline, post anyway, the numbers will count towards your monthly total, even if you don't make the leaderboard this week.0 -

Way to walk Weight No More!
Kudos to top of the leaderboard, @Emilienewme for most steps in one day--exceeding 20K! AND Most Consistent! And of course, bolded members have a step goal and reached it!
@daria0919 was within less than 50 average steps of goal, so I half-bolded...SO close!
If you want to join the step challenge for Febuary:Just post your steps by the end of Wendnesday after the week ends. I'm flexible and might wait a day or two for you. If we're 'friends', I may drop a personal note to you to check in. If we aren't, and you'd like a personal note, send me (melaniedscott) a friend request.
Part of the challenge or new and want to add or update a goal?If you want to... be bold (heehee), let us know how many steps you want to hit every day on average and we'll keep track of it for you!
For anyone confused about where we are ...This is post is for Feb 2-Feb 8. For those interested in joining the February step challenge (you can join any time!), the week of February 9 (2/9-2/15) steps should be posted by Wed, Febuary 19th.

Weigh in day: Sunday
Starting weight: 145.7 lbs
Goal weight: 120 lbs
Previous weight: 123.6 lbs
Current weight: 120 lbs
I’ve done it, I’ve eventually reached my goal weight 🥳… I honestly thought I’d never get there. Now to deal with maintenance, which I think I might find harder than losing the weight.
Do we have a maintenance group to join to keep me motivated?2 -

I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I'll do it tomorrow.1 -
I did my meal plan/batch cooking today. I made eggs with spinach, potatoes and turkey sausage, Chinese stir fry and chili for lunch/dinner. Carrots and radish for snack.also made some protein balls for a sweet snack. I also made a paleo version of carrot soufflé. We will have tostadas for dinner tonight.

I am late for weigh in, I forgot on Friday, and wasn't happy with the numbers on Saturday... The numbers were not better on Sunday, it is a gain this week
Previous weight 180.1 lbs
Current weight 183.4 lbs
Work has been beyond stressful this week, I haven't slept well, have got no clue what I have eaten and haven't tracked most of the week. I have also been very busy with my children so haven't been as active as usual. I can't keep letting the stress get in the way like that though. I will try harder next week. Only 4 more days at work before I get a week off2 -

@mizzmagenta - We used to have a specific chat just for F2F members in maintenance, but it didn't have a ton of activity and died off, unfortunately. There's a separate part of the Team Weight No More spreadsheet for members in the Goal Zone, where you can set a specific range of weights you'd like to stay between, and you could continue to post your updates here. It's up to you what you'd like to do, just let me know! We would be honored to keep you with us, and I'm sure plenty of us would be curious about your time in maintenance!

Weigh in day MONDAY:
PW: 177.8 lbs
CW: 175.9 lbs
I’m so happy. I just didn’t see any scale movement for so long, eating 1400-1500 calories, hitting my macros, lifting weights. I was sure I was eating too much but I stuck with it and that’s 2 weeks in a row with a loss now. This means I’m averaging a pound a week over 8 weeks which I’m happy with. Oh and I’m getting stronger which I’m even more happy about.2 -
Weigh In Day: Monday
PW (Previous Weight): 220.4
CW (Current Weight): 220.6
Well, not a big difference, but I really wanted to go down! Hoping to make this week a good one for a loss next week! Happy I didn't have a big gain at least!

Does your weight count after having a procedure?
I will aim to keep myself at this weight or go lower for next week.0 -
purple1butterfly wrote: »Does your weight count after having a procedure?

@purple1butterfly - It's a double-edged sword. Seeing the decrease is great, but watching your weight go back up again (not guaranteed, but unfortunately likely) as your body adapts can be disheartening.
So it's up to you if you want to use it - we can always excuse you for this week and then there's no consequence for seeing a gain next week if it occurs (and you'd get a more legitimate loss for next week if it sticks around). Let me know what you think!0 -

I'm feeling quite frustrated this week as the scales have been up and down like a yo-yo. I've been sticking to my calories so I don't know what the problem is2
