Ultimate Goal (25 BMI; waist/height = 32/70 = 46% ) ... : 174 lbs
Next Waypoint Goal (~ 5% loss) : 190 lbs
Last Week : 204.7 lbs
This Week : 202.4 lbs
Variance: - 2.3 lbs (LOSS) Well I just gained it <grimace>. Same couple of pounds I seesawed over for the last years!!!

GW: 146 lbs
Jan 31: 208.4 lbs
Feb 21: 216.0 lbs
Variance: + 7.6 lbs
Came down with a bad winter bug. Finally out of it now. Gained back all the weight I’d lost! So depressing! Whenever I’m not well, I eat all around me and move very little. Some people lose their appetite when sick but I can’t seem to get full.
Back to logging, eating right and working out again. Hopefully can make a dent in my weight and make some progress in the coming week.
