organize the feed barn
I started the spring cleaning last week. I got the bedroom and the laundry room.
Today, I got the living room.
My spring cleaning means moving every piece of furniture and purge the things that I no longer use.
We donated 5 bags of clothes last week.2 -

Hi, I think I’ll gracefully bow out for now. I hope I can maintain my weight loss and I don’t need to come back, but it really motivated me having somewhere to challenge me to stay on track.
I wish all of you the best of luck on your personal journeys… just remember it’s not a race, take your time and enjoy the process.

I was the same on the scale this week. I have noticed a pattern. I do really well until Wednesday. Wednesdays I go off the plan.

I was starting to get discouraged. So I counted all my steps this month and then added them for last month. I am seeing a difference in my body and my clothes even though the scale is not showing it.
Last month I had a total steps of 260,097 Avg. 8,390. So far this month I have 239,096-avg 9,196. This encourages me more than the scale.1 -

I am actually quite pleased with that considering it was my birthday last Friday and we had a bit of cake, and I have been on holiday and we stayed away from home for a couple of days eating out.
I have had a think about what to change when I am back in work next week to see a bit more of a change. But like @blessedgrandma5 said, sometimes it is not a number on the scales that matters and although the scales haven't moved much for me lately, I am definitely getting more tonned legs from the running I am doing2 -

I gained weight from school and marriage, losing weight for me is getting harder but I am determined to do it for my health and would like to have a family of our own!

@purple1butterfly-you mentioned this was your worst week...it may not help but you're still doing better than some of my good weeks on your worst. Comparing, though, isn't helpful. Every day we do the best we can that day. Just keep moving!
If you want to join the step challenge for Febuary:Just post your steps by the end of Wendnesday after the week ends. I'm flexible and might wait a day or two for you. If we're 'friends', I may drop a personal note to you to check in. If we aren't, and you'd like a personal note, send me (melaniedscott) a friend request.
Part of the challenge or new and want to add or update a goal?If you want to... be bold (heehee), let us know how many steps you want to hit every day on average and we'll keep track of it for you!
