HOW IT ALL WORKS: The March challenge runs for four weeks, from March 2nd - March 29.
Everyone weighs in weekly on their chosen day right here in the team chat. At the end of each week, the tallies are done to determine the team and individuals with the most weight lost. The best losers are announced with full fanfare every Sunday. The team competition is all in good spirits - may the most losing win, and may everyone else get to work on next week!
We also celebrate those small, steady losses. If you lose, however small an amount, you are in the green! At the end of the month, we celebrate everyone who lost at least a bit every single week. You are heading steadily towards your goal even if you aren't at the top of the weight loss leader board. In March we are aiming for every team to hit 50% green every week - let's do this!
To make your weigh-in easy to find for your team Captains, please put it right at the top of a message, and use this format:

If you miss two weigh-ins in a row without asking for a break, you will be dropped from the team, so be sure to inform your team captain if you are traveling, sick, or just need some time off. If you want a break, you can be excused for a week or two, or can be moved to the Support Team for as long as you need. You still participate in the discussions, you can weigh in if you want to, but it will not count in the weekly tally. Don't worry! You can always come back even if you get dropped.
Once you reach your goal weight, you join the Goal Zone. You continue to weigh in every week. If you have 2 weeks above your self-defined goal zone, you go back to the regular team to lose that amount before it builds up. You will have a chance to hone those maintenance skills and stick with your team.
In addition to your own team, there are weekly F2F Full Group CHALLENGES. You can do all or none - it's up to you. Participating adds a lot to your success, so we hope to see you there often! These can involve anything fitness, health, or nutrition - and they’ll get you moving, thinking, and learning about this journey. Check the Announcements section for full group challenges.

Hi team! I'm Kathy, I'm Co-captain of Mission Slimpossibles along with the amazing @trooworld and we have the awesome @Micaroo4 as our motivator. I'm 53 and live in the Sacramento area with my two kitties (plus a roommate). I've been on the team for about 6 years now, first as a motivator then joined @trooworld as co-captain last year. I have multiple health issues I'm trying to keep in check through diet and exercise and trying to find ways to improve my pain condition. I file claims then trade treatment for office work with a functional medicine practitioner then volunteer at the food bank farm and greenhouse. You can usually find me in my garden or reading. I'm focusing on an anti-inflammatory diet and do chair cardio, stretching, and strength training.
I'm in charge of logging weigh-ins, if you have any questions or changes or need to let me know if you're away from a scale please let me know preferably before the missed date.

I’m Missy from New England area. I live with my 4 dogs (3 huskies and a diabetic bichon). I’m halfway through my MBA with an anticipated graduation in Fall 2026! I’m a returning member of the group. Looking forward to getting to know you all! I’ve recently re-joined WW as well, I go to Zumba and aqua class when possible. Hoping with the warmer weather hopefully coming soon to get outdoors more hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Hi team! Had a pretty good day aside of a couple accidents. I went shopping, worked out, put my tomatoes and peppers in bigger pots and worked on my seed area, dropped one recently repotted tray of seedlings upside down (hope they survive!) and had to mop the floor, then when it dried and I was putting everything back in the kitchen the top of the dispenser on the dry cat food fell off and made a huge mess. Of course the cats were in the middle of it being a pain! I made Skinnytaste's Giant Parmesan Turkey Meatball along with the Lion's Mane risotto, both were so good I forgot to add the greens from my yard but we're both full. I took a photo but the colors aren't exciting, it's definitely one I'll make again. Have a great Monday team!2 -

I am Teresa, and I just turned 59 yesterday. I live in Georgia with my aging husband, Joe, who has dementia. I also live with my mom, sister, and little dog, Maggie Mae. I work part-time for my church as their ministry assistant. I’m in a lifelong battle to get to a healthy weight, and I refuse to give up!
Good morning! Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes!Not much going on today other than a bunch of desk work and laundry. I did well yesterday at the potluck and only had a small piece of key lime cheesecake and a very small brownie. I might have had more, but I’m mindful of tomorrow’s weigh in and I want to at least lose something!

MY INTRODUCTION
Hi everyone. My name is Chris. I live in Southern California with my husband, cute one-eyed pirate pug named Daisy (9 yrs old) and pug pup name Violet who is 2 yrs old. Up until my mid-20s, I was a healthy weight but then the mid-20s hit and along with that came medications that made me gain weight as well as poor lifestyle choices. At my highest weight, I was 257 lbs. I just had gastric bypass surgery on Dec 20, 2024 to save my life. I had to do something fast as I was losing my mobility. I hope to get down to around 165 lbs, or whatever is healthy for me. For exercise, I like to walk with my husband and friends. Up until my surgery, the arthritis in my knee limited me a lot. I am doing a lot better since surgery and a cortisone shot. Besides walking, I occasionally do water aerobics. My husband and I love to cook, I've got 9,105 recipes saved but who's counting? LOL Seriously, I do and they are all organized, so if you need a recipe for ANYTHING, let me know! I've got everything from healthy foods to pet treats to recipes for cleaning supplies. My hobbies: reading, making artwork and crafts, photography, and cooking. I do straight-up calorie counting of healthy foods.

@Katmary71 Oh good, I'm glad that recipe worked out! Thank you! The blood donation went well: I kind of expected my iron not be high enough based on how little I am eating but it was okay. The art show IS up my alley! Sorry about the seedling tray. I hope it survives. Oh gosh about the cat food. That sucks!

Hello all. I went and talked to the coordinator of the art show. The theme for the next show is "Cats & Dogs." I came home and worked on a piece for it, it's of a skeleton pug. It's very colorful, and I am happy with how it turned out. I'm not crazy about the process of entering this show: I'm used to submitting images of my work to a show and being told YES or NO you are in. For this show, you have to show up to the current show's hanging and ask what the theme is. Then, you message the coordinator on Instagram and tell her you are interested in participating. She said she would send me the contract after I messaged her, but I haven't heard anything back from her yet. I made Bang Bang Tofu in the air fryer. It came out really well. I used G Hughes Sugar-Free Bang Bang Sauce. Here is the recipe:
Bang Bang Tofu (sugar-free/low-carb) - serves 4
1 block of tofu drained and cubed
1/2-3/4 cup G Hughes sugar-free bang bang sauce (enough to coat cubes + for serving)
1/2 cup cornstarch
Coat tofu cubes in cornstarch and shake them off.
Preheat air fryer to 375F.
Spray basket of air fryer and put tofu in air fryer basket. Air fry for 13 minutes.
Take out of air fryer and coat with sauce. Put back in air fryer at same temperature for 3 minutes. Done!

Just checking in real quick. We had a few nice days, so I got outside for awhile. It was so nice. Chipper played a little soccer with the hubby and grand beauty. I took him out for a couple of walks. Getting outside was just what I needed. Today it's back to cold and raining.
@Katmary71 Tomorrow is hubby's birthday, so I would like to skip my weigh in this week on Wednesday.
This week I'm starting my increase dose on Wegovy. I'm increasing from 25 to .5, so I'm nervous about it because of the side from when I first started. I'm hoping it won't be to bad....1 -
Hello everyone! My name is Jennifer and I’m a single 51 year old. I have an American Blue rabbit (her name is Kismet). I have 3 children in their 20s and they have all blessed me…I went from zero to 5 grandchildren in the past 22 months! I go by Grammy since I consider them to be my Grammy Awards 😊
I love to rubber stamp (I’m a Stampin’ Up demo) and make cards. I'm an active member of my church, and also love horror movies. I have worked in Community Development at my County for over 20 years.
I have always been a yo-yo dieter, but mostly up. When I lose weight, I can never seem to keep it off for longer than a year. I have 57 pounds to lose (goal is 155). I am a Negative Nancy, but I am trying to stay focused and positive. I am using a daily planner to note anything of use…how I’m feeling, if I have an NSV, if I have something good or bad happen, etc. I’m hoping I can look back after each month to see if there are any patterns. I am also using resistance bands.
I’m toying with doing a Daniel Fast for Lent. If I do, I better get organized since it’s just 2 days away…

My laptop is dead. Weight is up again but going down in inches. I put on a pair of pants that fit well a couple of months ago but then needed a belt to keep them at my waist last night. Starting another round of 21 Day Fix this week because the results have been fantastic.
I attempted to add soy back to my diet a few days ago and it was so bad. It'll be a while before I try that again and if I get the same reaction there is definitely an intolerance there.
