after three months of low carb dieting

My morning blood sugar is finally lower than my weight. BS 159 Weight 162. I hope to be in the normal/ideal range in another three months. No drugs, just diet and exercise.

weight 161.5. Just 16 pounds to go before I am no longer overweight! At the top end of ideal weight, true, but I hadn't realized I was that close.

I was 150bs back in 2008 after losing 42lbs. I have to lose 75lbs to get here again :( but it's awesome that you are so close! keep us updated.

Blood sugar down to 137 this am. I know it is 37 points off normal, but it is down 60+ points since I started and just with diet and exercise. I confess, it is taking longer than I thought, has been frustrating in that the least little carb, even a complex carb eaten with other foods, sends it shooting up again, but I think I am getting there. Down 39 pounds too. 11.4 pounds to lose to be an ideal weight.

I am 155.6 today. Only ten pounds more to go before I am no longer officially overweight, but am in the (high end) of ideal weight. In October I was obese at 196.6. Now I am almost there. Not that i am going to stop there. I still have to completely reverse my T2. But it is nice to be closing in on the not overweight part of the chart.

That weight loss is going to help your glucose readings!
